Privacy Policy
Even as a provider based outside the EU, we comply with the GDPR because our services are offered to users in the EU (Art. 3(2) GDPR).
1. Data controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Denise Lisa Kriechbaumer, Individual Entrepreneur "SmartOffice - Digital Office IT
Services", Zakaria Paliashvili Street N41, Entrance 1, Basement Floor, Tbilisi
0108, Georgia.
Email: info@smartoffice.com.ge
2. No tracking, no analytics cookies
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies, and no tracking or analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Language selection is handled server-side via the requested URL, not through cookies or local browser storage.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (IP address, date and time of access, browser type, page requested). This processing serves the technical stability and security of the site and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other data sources.
4. Contact form
When you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (including name, company, email address, the topic you selected, optional details on scope, budget or preferred date, and your message) solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is not stored in a database; it is forwarded directly by email to our mailbox, and you receive an automatic confirmation email. Your IP address is processed server-side for up to one hour to prevent abuse (rate limiting) and is then automatically deleted (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data sent by email remains in our mailbox until we delete it manually and is not shared with third parties.
5. Cloudflare Turnstile
To protect the contact form from automated abuse (spam), we use the "Cloudflare Turnstile" service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. This transmits technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics to Cloudflare to verify that the request originates from a human. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functional, abuse-protected contact form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data transfer to the US cannot be ruled out; Cloudflare relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses for this purpose. More information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as rights to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
